Pine Lake’s quiet and charming Log Cabin Dining Room offers members and their guests a setting like no other, serving lunch and dinner six days a week including special holiday buffets. The cozy member lounge with its large brick fireplace is the perfect place to relax and visit with friends. Private party, banquet and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 100 guests.

For your convenience, you may view our lunch and dinner menus. These are updated throughout the year in order to better satisfy all our members’ cravings.

Lunch Menu

Appetizers

Smoked Trout Appetizer
The Smoked Trout we made famous served with herbed garlic cream cheese and crackers.

Shrimp Cocktail
Chilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp served with our homemade cocktail sauce.

Smoked Gouda and
Chicken Bruschetta

Grilled Ciabatta topped with melted Gouda spinach, chicken, garlic and herbs.

French Onion Soup
Red and white onions in a hearty beef stock with sherry wine topped with crouton and provolone cheese.

Cajan Steak or Chicken Caesar
Hand tossed leaves of fresh Romaine, garlic croutons and creamy dressing topped with Cajun strips of steak or chicken.

Grilled Salmon Salad
Salmon grilled to perfection and served over fresh greens with cashews and Mandarin oranges with your choice of dressing.

Antipasto Bowl
Ham, sausage, cheese, capers, olives and cucumbers in vinaigrette dressing served over wild greens.

Pine Lake Salad
Fresh iceberg lettuce, onions, tomatoes, hard cooked eggs, salad seasoning, Bleu cheese tossed in an Italian vinaigrette. Served with or without anchovies.

All American Burger
Half pound burger, char-grilled to your liking. Served on a Kaiser roll.

Reuben
Lean corned beef with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on rye bread. Thousand island dressing on the side.

Veggie Burger
The perfect choice for the non-meat eater. Served on a Kaiser Roll.

Chicken Reuben
Grilled boneless breast of chicken, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on rye bread.
